Two years. Countless texts. Design boards. Timeline tweaks. Laughing through decisions and trusting each other every step of the way. Carolina + Will weren’t just clients, they became our friends.

This was their welcome party the night before the wedding, kicking off a weekend that felt relaxed, elevated, and so deeply them at The Sea Ranch Lodge. Coastal light, chic guests, martinis in hand, and that calm-before-the-big-day energy that only happens when everything is handled.

This is what happens when you plan with intention, patience, and a whole lot of trust. By the time the wedding weekend arrives, we’re not just planners, we’re your built-in besties making sure you’re fully present and soaking it all in.

Night two at the felt like stepping straight into a Hollywood dream. ✨ Hosted at the iconic , the evening was a celebration of glamour, artistry, and everything we love about this extraordinary industry.

To stand in a room filled with planners, designers, floral artists, hair and makeup teams, stationers, producers, the best of the best, was an honor in itself. But what struck me most was the pride I felt being part of a community that pours so much intention, beauty, and heart into every experience they create.

As planners, we’re often behind the scenes, meticulously designing, producing, and perfecting every detail. So to sit in a fully immersive, ultra-luxury dining environment instead of building it was such a rare and meaningful treat. It reminded me why we do this work… and how powerful design can be when it’s crafted with soul.

I’m leaving Engage! feeling grateful, inspired, sharpened, and deeply validated in my vision for ROQUE. The conversations, the mentorship, the honesty about where our industry is headed, it all affirmed what 2026 and 2027 are going to look like. And it feels big in the very best way.

Thank you, Engage, for the magic, the community, and the reminder that our craft is worth celebrating, too. 🤍

This week in Santa Barbara has been pure magic.✨

is one of those rare spaces where the industry’s brightest gather — planners, designers, artists, storytellers — all united by a love for creating unforgettable moments. To be back for my second summit feels like such a gift.

I’m grateful for the connections that deepen, the new friendships that form so naturally, and the way even those who’ve attended five or six times still welcome you in with open arms. The education, the speakers, the conversations between sessions… it all fuels me in the best way.

And this moment? A little confetti, a lot of joy. Because in an industry that asks so much of us, it’s important to pause, play, reset, and remember why we do what we do, to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

I will definitely leave Engage! feeling inspired, recharged, and ready for everything 2026 has in store. 💫
