We hosted a private wine blending experience at Silverado Resort for an AI company looking to unwind before dinner. Guests tasted, tested, and created their own custom blends, then corked, waxed, and labeled their bottles to take home.

The perfect mix of team building and letting everyone relax a little. Honestly, there’s no better way to end a strategy-heavy day than with good wine and a little friendly competition!

We produced a multi-day program for an insurance company, welcoming 100+ guests with curated arrivals, local gift bags, and seamless transportation throughout. The welcome reception featured lawn games, acoustic music, and a live wine portrait artist creating elegant red-wine caricatures.

Guests then enjoyed five small-group tastings before coming together for a wine-paired lunch at a second winery, with private transfers and dinner logistics handled every step of the way. Thoughtful details, smooth ex*****on, and an experience designed to feel effortless.

Day two of Super Bowl Weekend took us offsite for a full buyout at the Michelin starred Village Pub.

We welcomed guests with a reception featuring nine passed appetizers and an oyster bar before moving into a four course tableside dinner paired with exceptional wines. The chef joined us to speak about the menu, adding a personal touch to an already unforgettable evening.

The night ended with an intimate private performance by Norah Jones, creating a once in a lifetime experience for this group.

From transportation and specialty bar styling to florals, chargers, linens, lighting, and pipe and drape, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Guests left with house made chocolates as a final touch.

Another incredible night bringing people together through food, wine, and music.

Kicking off Super Bowl weekend with an elevated welcome dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay.

For this 50-guest program, we transformed the space into a refined wine country experience, bringing in all décor from custom florals and linens to lounges, heaters, barrels, and layered lighting to create warmth and a strong sense of place.

Guests enjoyed a local winery tasting, selected their favorite bottle to take home, and participated in a blind varietal challenge with prizes for the top three. An interactive champagne wall, cigar roller for the after-party, and live jazz and soul from a four-piece band rounded out the evening.

A thoughtful, immersive start to an exciting weekend for our automotive client!
