Phat Salads and Wraps was the first non-taco food truck to open in Napa more than 12 years ago. When the business was listed for sale in 2018, it was a no brainer for Chef and now owner Tim. In addition to maintaining the beloved menu, Tim is using his extensive restaurant and catering experience to bring new facets to the business including: specialty menu items, small bites, boxed lunches, event planning and custom meals for all occasions. It is with great satisfaction that we continue the PHAT (Pretty Health And Tasty) tradition of a healthy alternative to fast food.
