Danielle is such an integral part of our team and the amazing experience our couples have throughout the planning process. She leads our Partial Coordination package, helping couples navigate everything from finding the right vendors to building a detailed timeline that keeps the entire day running smoothly.

With unlimited communication along the way, she’s always there to answer questions, offer guidance, and help make the planning process feel organized and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Then about 8–12 weeks before the wedding, Danielle steps in fully to take over vendor communication and finalize every detail so everything comes together seamlessly.

Danielle also supports our couples through Full Service Planning and Month-of Coordination, bringing the same calm, thoughtful approach no matter which level of planning you choose.

Custom signage does so much more than look beautiful, it helps guide the entire experience of the day. ✨

From welcoming guests as they arrive to directing them toward cocktail hour and their seats for dinner, thoughtful signage creates clarity and flow so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Like for Alaina + Maxwell, their custom seating charts display was beyond perfection. From the sweet envelopes to the linen sign, this installation was designed to feel personal, elevated, and completely unique - a detail guests could pause to admire while effortlessly finding their place.

Finding the right venue is where so much of the magic begins. ✨

Before we think about florals, linens, or layout, we start with the space itself. The venue sets the tone for the entire celebration - the light, the architecture, the flow of the evening, and the kind of atmosphere your guests will feel the moment they arrive.

That’s why venue scouting is such an important part of our process. We work closely with our couples to understand their vision and then help identify spaces that naturally support it - places where the design, guest experience, and overall energy of the day can come to life effortlessly.

Greta + Teja’s reception is a perfect example of this. Once the right venue was in place, we were able to build a design that felt intentional, cohesive, and completely reflective of their style.
