December 15, 2020 I was unhappy, unhealthy and needing a change. On this day, i dedicated myself to bettering my mind, body and soul each and every day moving forward.

Creating and even maintaining habits are challenging and take continuous nurturing and action.

Since Dec. 15, 2020, i have pursed my love of the fitness industry, practiced daily meditation, reading and other self love practices.

I haven’t been this happy with my mind, body and spirit in a long time and I am so grateful to be happy with myself again. I have a long way to go, but we sometimes need to stop, take a breath and appreciate how far we have come to make it to this day, because every day can be a struggle in its own.

To anyone struggling, keep going, keep pushing and being the best YOU that you can be. We are beautiful and imperfectly perfect 🙌🏽❤️
