🚨 Today we received some devastating news — starting in 2027, we will no longer have access to set up at The Gorge Amphitheatre, where we’ve proudly served festival-goers for the past 6 years.

This is truly heartbreaking for us. We’ve loved being able to offer a unique, comfortable, and more affordable way for people traveling from near and far to experience the incredible shows that Live Nation brings to the Gorge.

That said, this is not the end. We are already working on new solutions so we can continue helping people enjoy festivals in a way that feels special and accessible.

I keep thinking back to our very first year, when a customer told me they decided to attend a show because of the experience we created. Moments like that are why we do what we do.

To every single person who has supported this part of our journey — thank you. It truly means everything.

So here’s to 2026… we’re going all in to give our festival guests one last unforgettable hurrah. ✨

Hello,

Thank you to everyone who promptly responded and purchased the new $100 Live Nation rental drop-off fee through us after our previous email.

We want to share an important update. Live Nation has now added this fee directly to Ticketmaster, so customers can purchase it themselves the same way they purchased their event tickets.

Because of this change, we will no longer be collecting the $100 fee moving forward.

• If you already paid the $100 fee to us — we will handle that process for you, so no further action is needed.
• If you have not yet purchased the fee, you will now need to purchase the RV Rental Drop-Off Pass directly through Ticketmaster.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as these changes were implemented by Live Nation after camping had already opened for reservations. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

We are reaching out to all guests who have secured a 2026 Gorge rental with Wanderlux Mobile Glamping.

Live Nation officials have recently announced a new $100 rental drop-off fee for all Rentals at the Gorge. This fee was introduced after camping reservations had already opened, and unfortunately it is now required for all rental setups.

If you currently have a reservation with us, please log into our website at www.wanderluxglamping.com and purchase the $100 rental fee add-on. This fee will be paid directly to Live Nation on setup day.

We understand this is an unexpected change and appreciate your understanding. Please know this fee is not something we created, but a new requirement from Live Nation for the 2026 season.
