High Steppin’ Country is celebrating 50 incredible years and we’re looking for talented performers to join the 2026 season of the longest-running live show on the Grand Strand.

If you’re a singer or dancer who loves performing, this is your chance to take the stage at Lakewoods Theatre By The Sea and be part of a legendary show.

📅 March 21, 2026
⏰ 10 AM – 3 PM
📍 Lakewood Camping Resort – Information Center
5901 S. Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC

🎤 Vocalists:
Prepare two songs – one upbeat and one ballad
(No a ca****la auditions)

💃 Dancers:
Prepare a one-minute routine of any style
(Tracks with vocals permitted)

🎵 All auditioners must provide their own music.

Must be 16 or older to audition.

• 32–34 bars of a ballad
• No a ca****la. Bring your own accompaniment track (instrumental only — tracks with vocals are not permitted).

• 1–1:30 dance of any style
• Music tracks may include vocals
