On Dec. 18th 2020, my Western Nights Honkytonk Won our Lawsuits against Oklahoma Gov. Stitt, Mayor Holt, Cheif of Police, ABLE, & Attorney General... The lawsuits were filed for the Unlawful Mask Mandate, Unlawful 11 PM Curfew, and Unlawfully using the ‘RIOT ACT’ to illegally enforce punishment in the form of Fines, Jail Time & Loss of Business on both small and large business owners... We Won our case on Dec 18th, 2020, and opened up all Service & Entertainment industries in the State of Oklahoma and set the tone for other States to follow. History was also made as in the lawsuits, it strikes any Gov. agency the ability to enforce any executive order no longer than 30 days, before there was no time limit and that was dangerous... 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I Encourage All of You, no matter what State or Country you are in to Stand Up, Speak Up and Protect a Freedom that is certainly Forever Lost if you Lay Silent... I chose this stance knowing some may disagree and I'm good with that... 🇺🇸
