We hope everyone had a fantastic summer! Now that everything is finally slowing down around here, I wanted to do a quick update on our pricing and cover a couple of our frequently asked questions from this summer.

Our updated prices will be $1.50 per chair, $6.00 per 6ft long table, $8.00 per 8ft long table, and $10.00 per 5ft round table. Delivery, if needed, depends on the distance and amount rented starting at $50.00. Prices listed are for a one day rental.

As of now, we do not require any deposits to reserve a rental. We can take cash or check on the day of. Or, if payment by card is needed, we can send an invoice to be paid ahead of time.

If you do need to cancel, change, or reschedule we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. After so many no shows this summer, we will not continue to offer our services to people that do not let us know they are canceling.

We allow every rental to go out the day before and return the day after for no extra cost. If you need to rent for a longer period of time, reach out to us and we can work out a discounted price depending on availability and the time they are needed.

Delivery is offered on most weekends when there is room in the trailer to do so. As always, delivery is not mandatory. If you have the means, pick up is a great option to save some money.

The Delivery fee includes us dropping them off and stacking/leaning them up up to 25 feet from where we can safely park. And, of course, it includes us picking them back up from the same location we delivered to.

I've had a few people now tell me that, despite us having the best prices, the reason they chose to do business with us is because they heard my kiddos playing in the background of our phone call or one of them needed my attention for a moment while booking. It means the world to me that y'all understand that even though I will almost always answer the phone when it rings, sometimes it's not always "professional" because I have to get a cup of water for someone or kiss a skinned knee.

We have some exciting news here at SS Rentals! As most of you know, we are a small home based business. As a result of that, our chairs and tables were previously kept in our garage along with all of our stuff we couldn't fit in our house. Well that will no longer be the case for us. We recently moved down the road and will now have an area dedicated only to SS Rentals in our new home. We have a bit of work to do in the space, but it's going to be so much better than our previous set up.
