Delivery Driver /Event Technician Position

Job description:
Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery & Event Set Up Technician to join our team. This role involves delivering equipment and event materials to various locations, setting up event spaces, and ensuring all items are properly installed and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a long-term position designed for someone interested in growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a personal vehicle to deliver equipment, event florals , and supplies to designated locations.
Set up and assemble event and displays according to specifications.
Ensure all items are transported securely and arrive in excellent condition.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate delivery times and setup requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle cleanliness and equipment storage.
Follow safety protocols at all times during transportation and setup activities.

Provide excellent customer service by being professional, punctual, and responsive to client needs.

Requirements
Dependable personal vehicle for delivery purposes reliable transportation is essential.

Experience with delivery driving preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and good customer service abilities.

Positive attitude, dependable, and motivated to grow within the company.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and set up florals as needed.
Commitment to long term employment and professional development within the organization. This isn’t a stepping stone job.

Let’s just clear something up… we’re not JUST a florist. 🌻

Yes, we’re florists. And yes, we create some pretty spectacular flowers.

But we also coordinate weddings. We offer some of the most competitive coordination packages around. We help pull all those little details together, keep things moving, fix the things nobody else even notices, and make sure our brides and their families are taken care of from beginning to end.

We love our brides. And when it’s wedding day, you’re family. We treat you that way.

Need charcuterie? Yep, we do that too. How about a Dirty Soda Bar💁🏼‍♀️we ve got you ….

And every now and then, we’ve even pulled off the whole dang thing… flowers, coordination, charcuterie and even catering. Because apparently we don’t know how to say “no.” 😂

That’s just Sunflowers.

We’ve been doing this long enough to know that a wedding is about a whole lot more than pretty flowers. It’s about the experience, the details, the people, and making sure when that big day finally arrives, our brides can breathe and enjoy it.
