Made from 5-2mm EVA foam, coated in plastic dip. The gauntlets have four straps across the back with sticky back Velcro. So this will fit a large range of arm sizes. It also comes with removable Velcro straps to help hold these in place as I dont feel the sticky back does the best job when walking
