So what exactly does a Wedding Coordinator DO?!
A wedding coordinator COORDINATES and MANAGES your wedding.

Coordinating your wedding takes months of preparation to ensure everyone is working from the same game plan and everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

We will create a detailed timelines and review them with each vendor. Timelines will be provided for vendors, your wedding party, and you.

Once my team and I take over, we become the main point of contact for vendors and guests. We will oversee the entire day, from set-up, ex*****on, troubleshooting and end of event wrap-up.

We will meticulously review all the details you’ve planned to ensure nothing is overlooked or missing. We coordinate with vendors, check floorplans, and conduct the wedding rehearsal.

By taking on the responsibilities, we allow you to relax and enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the details.

I often get asked about wedding favors! Martha Stewart Weddings posted an article on August 14, 2019 that was the BEST advice I'd ever seen on this subject.
Here is one of their suggestions:

"Something that speaks to who you are as a couple or that highlights a cultural tradition can be easily translated into a long-remembered and much-appreciated wedding favor."

On the other hand, people probably don't want a cheap wine glass or koozie customized with the couple's initials. Personalizing the packaging is fine, but anything beyond that is just asking to get thrown out. "Say no to adding your date or names or monogram," says Misty Damico, the owner and creative producer of Luxe Event Productions. "And above all, if you wouldn't want to buy it to keep for yourself, just forgo getting it for your guests and save your money!"
