This past week, we had the privilege of being onsite and help plan this years Beyond The Music Retreat 2022 at the The Wigwam ! From start to finish, this program was a B L A S T to plan and seeing it all come together was beyond what we could have imagined. We had many DJ’s from around the states attend and share their knowledge about the industry. We can’t thank Beatsource and DJcity enough for letting us be apart of this retreat! We also want to thank all the staff at the Wigwam who helped make this event a success, we could not have done this without you!
We can’t wait to see you all at the next BTMR!

We were honored to participate in ALHI's signature Marketplace at the beautiful Clayton Members Club & Hotel! We loved seeing old friends face to face and making new connections during the Interactive Networking Session (making the most gorgeous floral arrangements)! The highlight was definitely hearing the Industry Update from ALHI's President & CEO, Michael Dominguez. We look forward to sharing this wonderful information with our clients!

Want to wow your guests and have an unforgettable event?!

A half-dozen new oceanfront suites dubbed the Beach Caves are seeing the light of day for the first time at the Six Senses Ibiza resort.
Accommodations are highlighted by the Cave Royale Suite, which has 1,291 square feet of interior space and an additional 2,077 square feet of outdoor living space. Amenities include an oversized bed, grand piano, full bar and outdoor tub, as well as a secret door leading to a recording studio, making it an ideal retreat for musicians.
Part of a resort within the luxury resort, the Beach Caves area also includes a new restaurant and a late-night lounge bar called the Xarraca Room. Six Senses Ibiza opened in summer 2021 on the north end of Ibiza, at Cala Xarraca Bay. The five-star resort has 116 guest rooms and suites and a restaurant, HaSalon Ibiza, led by Master Chef Eyal Shani. Other dining options include Farmers’ Market, serving wood-fired pizzas, coffee and snacks; and The Orchard, known for intimate dining and Mexican-Peruvian cocktails. Live music, DJs and dancing are core activities at this Ibiza resort.

If you want an off-site excursion that your group will love and remember, you have to experience what the Mayan Tours has to offer! We booked with them and we were not disappointed. We started our Mayan excursion with The Mayan Ritual to purify our souls. We then took the jungle tour and we’re guided to our individual speed boats. We cruised through the Nichupte lagoon and stopped at Nizuc reef and went snorkeling.

Thank you for having us, and a special thank you to Hermando (our speed boat tour guide), Juanito, Eric, Daphne and Laura, you all made this an amazing excursion for us. We will be doing it again!

We can’t think of a better way to watch the Super Bowl than in Hawaii at the ! This client wanted to host a super bowl party for their employees and we have to say, it was a success!

One of our favorite parts were the Igloos up on the rooftop at . During the winter months, guests can rent an igloo that can accommodate groups of 4 to 8 for $60 a person (the $60 fee gets applied to your final bill). Reservations provide you and your guests 2.5 hours in this intimate, climate controlled, one-of-a-kind setting on The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop in Cherry Creek, Colorado. The igloos are fully furnished and have views of the Front Range and downtown Denver. A Bluetooth speaker is provided for guests to utilize as well as games to play while sipping on curated cocktails and enjoying small bites.
