We are a locally owned catering business that was started to provide great food at a great price. We are booking events, large and small, and would be happy to talk with you about your catering needs. We do weddings, showers, corporate events, family get-togethers, cookouts, fish fries…pretty much anything related to feeding folks. Even though we do a lot of BBQ, we can provide most any menu. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Doc will be smoking Boston butts and hams for Easter. We will also be selling BBQ and ham by the pound.

Boston butt - $30
BBQ - $7.95 per pound
Ham - $7.95 per pound (whole, half, or sliced)

Place your orders by 4/17. Pickup will be on Saturday, 4/20 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at our shop located at 811 Sycamore.

• Whole Boston Butts - $30 each
• Beef Brisket - $14.95 per pound
• Smoked Chicken Breast (pulled) - $8.50 per pound
• Smoked Pit Ham, half or whole (whole averages 16 pounds) - $5.50 per pound
• Smoked Turkeys (average 10-12 pounds) - $4.95 per pound
• Smoked BBQ Bologna (five pound chub) - $12.50

Sides (comes in a 9 x 11 x 2 aluminum pan)
- All sides feed approximately 15-20 people
• Coleslaw - $12.50
• Green Beans - $15.00
