One of the wonderful things about living in a rural community is having beautiful wide-open spaces that can become the setting for truly memorable events. ❤️

One of my favorites is McGuire's Millrace Farm , a gorgeous 110-acre property that has been in the McGuire family since 1878. From the moment you arrive, it’s easy to see why this place is such a special event venue.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying the farm for two very different occasions recently. I co-hosted a customer appreciation event there to thank my customers for trusting me with their real estate needs, and more recently, I attended the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Annual Member Dinner at the farm.

Both events made wonderful use of the property’s outdoor space for pre-dinner festivities before moving inside for dinner. And that indoor space? It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and sophisticated touches, creating an ambiance that feels both elegant and welcoming.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate gathering, celebration, or special dinner, McGuire's Millrace Farm is one of those places that makes an event feel a little more memorable.

We are so lucky to have a venue like this in our community!

We were so honored to host this year’s Cherokee County NC Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner!
