Fres was the number 1 stunner. He ruined multiple top rated heavyweights dreams. Fighting at Heavyweight usually weighing way less than his opponents he did very well but was also under appreciated. In my book he’s one of the best in the heavyweight division.

Paul had some of the fastest hands in pro boxing and came out of retirement to do the crazy BKB last week. WOW that’s a lot of damage. Hope everything heals up. He was one of my favorites.

Its official. Badges vs Bad Guys in Joliet. The first time Conquer has promoted in Will County. Fights are Friday, May 1st at Joliet’s nicest union hall IBEW Local 176. Start training now and contact us to get in the gym.

This popped up on my I phone. Good memories from the old gym with my old dog. Moose was the best dog ever. He had many great days. Fun fact: moose was bought offline as a pet. He ended up being shown in the AKC and ranked #1 and made several appearances at the Westminster Dog Show at Madison Square Garden. The same venue that held the biggest fight of the century between Muhammad Ali vs Joe Frazier.
