Talk about the most fun and genuine couple!! I am so thankful I got to work their big day!! This was a beautiful and perfect July wedding at Laurel Hall! I left that day feeling like I had known this couple forever! The best vendors ever as well!

My vision board if I were planning my wedding now, instead of 6 years ago. Right now, I am loving the bright real florals, greenhouses, moody lighting, table lamps, full florals down the aisle, and a flowy gown with detachable sleeves!

As a lover of all things books, this was such an awesome wedding to work! I was able to step in and take this wedding from a colleague that was unable to continue due to her family expanding. I am so lucky to have acquired this couple! Such a wonderful couple that made everyone at the wedding feel special and like family!

Meet the face behind the name!

My name is Cara and I am starting on my fourth year of business. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all my clients and working to achieve their perfect day! My business has grown exponentially each year and I am constantly making improvements in my service to my clients.

I set myself apart from other Day of Coordinators by providing quality service instead of overbooking myself. I take the time to really grow a connection with my clients and to have ample time to work on their needs. I can be found day of an event always in eyesight and staying busy! I constantly check with vendors to stay on schedule and to make sure there are no errors or questions. Any issues that come up, I quickly and quietly handle them. I work tirelessly to give my couples their perfect day and to leave them stress free!
