Oven roasted grass fed London Broil. The marbleing on this was outstanding. So tender. My rub+extra garlic+extra black pepper+sage from the yard. Cooked to 143.

Now this was a great lunch. Ribs turned out great! Couldn't forget the cornbread.

Smoked a small (2lb) chuck roast with hickory and persimmon sticks. Pulled at 138. Turned out outstanding.
