I am so happy that you can find fresh doughs in the grocerystores nowadays.
I have become obsessed with them. Pizza crust, thick and thin. Pie crust, flat bread, etc and PUFF PASTRY.

I bake all sorts of things from from stuffes breakfast buns, bread company egg souffle, sausage rolls, meat pies. Stuffed meatballs. Chicken Parmesan, Meatloaf, beef or chicken wellingtons. Pot Pies. Dessert tarts. The possibilities are endless. Same goes for the other fresh doughs I mentioned.
