It's been a few months since I've had the need to post this.....however after having 5 different scenarios this week, I think it's time for a refresher!

If your order confirmation does not say this, you did not order from us.

If you called a 1-800 # to place your order. You did not order from us.
📣 If you received flowers that were left at a door step, we DO NOT DO THAT. They did not order from us.
📣 If the envelope on the flowers is blank or does not say Bloom Flower Company, You/They did not order from us.
📣 If your flower arrangement has a sell by date and a price tag/barcode, that didn't come from us.
📣 If you ordered an out of town delivery on a website. You didn't order from us. ( our website only offers delivery to Mtn. Home and M.H.A.F.B.)
HOWEVER, we do take out of town deliveries over the phone, delivery date is dependent on our availability and same day delivery may not be an option)
📣 If it sounds like you are talking to someone in a call center, you probably are. You are not talking to us.
Flowers are one of the greatest simple joys that make people smile. Not all flowers/ flower shops are created equal. It's disheartening to hear so many issues people are having but not one of them ordered through us, each one of these people believed it was us, until I had them look at the order confirmations.
