Edge Images - Photography by Tashia I am a LIFETIME Photographer. I am here to photograph you and your family from start to finish! Location fees are non-refundable once the reservation is made.

By scheduling a session with Edge Images you agree to all terms and conditions below. CLIENT has agreed to provide monetary payment for photography, editing and image services provided by Edge Images. Responsibilities
Edge Images is responsible to provide the photographer, equipment and for pictures taken on the previously agreed upon date. Edge Images will reserve the location, with fees added in

to the cost of the session if required. CLIENT is responsible to bring all individuals to be photographed and provide all outfits to be photographed. Edge Images is not responsible to provide any clothing, props, or scenery that has not been previously stated in writing. Copyright and Licensing
CLIENT will receive a license to reproduce the images as provided, and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. Personal use includes printing, copying, emailing, and sharing on your personal social media. This license does not grant the bearer permissions to submit photos for commercial, financial, editorial, or competition purposes. If the bearer wishes to submit photos for commercial, financial, editorial, or competition purposes, the bearer must obtain written permission from Edge Images before any submissions are made. Edge Images may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Edge Images retains all copyrights to the images and the derivative works thereof. Edge images will make photos available for 30 days. Access after those 30 days is subject to availability and carries a fee of $15. Edge Images retains the right to use and publish your likenesses including but not limited to, promotional materials, portfolio, website, display, advertisement and editorial use. REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be provided if cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to session date. If cancellation occurs with less than 5 days before the scheduled session date, a refund will be issued in the form of “store credit” that is useable until Dec 30, 2023 (subject to photographer availability). If credit is not used, it is considered forfeit.
