Your reserved time must include all setup, event and cleanup.

Here is a view of a table and chair setup for 60 seats.

Our standard rental is tables and chairs setup for 40, with the center area open.

Additional tables (8ft and 6ft) are $10 each. Additional chairs, up to 60 total are $2 each.

Tables setup are 8ft rectangles with 10 chairs each.

There is 1 x 8ft table, 1 x 6ft table in the back left corner used for food and beverage display.

An additional folding 4ft table is located in the back right corner.

Front right corner is 2 x wh***ey barrels with a table top and a wood arbor/backdrop stand.

Rentals are 4-Hour blocks, additional hours can be added. Your rental hours must include your setup, party and clean up.

Multiple rentals per day is allowed, with an hour in between for cleaning.

All Day indicates the building is reserved the full day and no additional reservations allowed.

We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
