These albondigas will be served in a burrito bowl with cilantro lime rice, seasoned black beans, street corn salsa, chipotle sauce, jalapeno cilantro aioli and Mexican crema. Might be the best thing I ever made. If you don't want to risk eternal 🔥damnation🔥, I'll have Ahi Tuna and Shrimp bowls to keep you on the righteous path 🕺

Reuben Pasta Salad - a completely untraditional "Irish" dish of Rotini pasta with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, creamy Russian dressing and Swiss cheese. Has nothing to do with Ireland but delicious nonetheless. Erin go, brahs 🤙
