Another Great event at Hobcaw Yacht Club Spring Fling 25' the theme was "Redneck Yacht Club" so we did Whole Hog, Fried Catfish, Smoked Gouda Mac, Sufferin' Succotash, Peanut Butter bars and Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake bars, Sloppy Joe Sliders and Walking Tacos for the after party.

Fundraiser for Keto Hope foundation last night.
The theme was Palm Royale which apparently is a show on Netflix about Palm Beach in the 1960s.
Having graduated from Palm Beach State College, I was excited about the menu.
We did tiki style beef skewers, Greek sushi roll-ups, Cuban shrimp ceviche, yucca frites with banana ketchup, triple chocolate brownie grasshopper bars and several other items.

Crab cakes, ceviche, antipasta skewers, stuffed mushrooms, barbecue sliders, green tomato bruschetta and Creole deviled eggs.
We're going to spoil them right off the bat.
