This is an Athletic Club event but I wanted to post here since it’s in DW. Please reach out if you’d like to come as my guest and aren’t a member!

🎉 Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 9th from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Athletic Club! We’re throwing an unforgettable community event:

Our second annual Charity Duck Race!!🐥

We are raising money for MUSC’s Institute of Psychiatry for Pediatric Patients, supporting therapeutic supplies for self-regulation, mindfulness activities, outdoor games, and even a beautiful wall mural to bring hope and healing to young minds.

❤️ Mental health affects all of us, and every child deserves a space to feel safe, express themselves, and learn healthy coping skills. Your support truly makes a difference.

🎽 Don’t wait in line at the pool! Order your event t-shirt and ducks now through Jenn DeVaney, our awesome Athletic Club Director. That way, you’re ready to roll on event day and can skip the lines!

🎶 We’ll have live music by DJ Saan, Daddy’s Breakfast food truck, medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, and plenty of fun for all ages.🥇🥈🥉

💦 And now for the highlight of the day… the DUNK TANK!

Get your aim ready because we’re dunking the guys who (lovingly) enforce all the neighborhood rules — Derek, our POA PRESIDENT, and Russ, our POA VICE PRESIDENT! 😄 Trust us, this is your chance to make a splash and support a great cause at the same time.
• $3 for 1 ball
• $5 for 2 balls
• $10 for 5 balls
• $40 = guaranteed dunk — no aim required!

💙 Can’t make it? No problem! We welcome any donation — big or small — to help us support these kids and their mental wellness journey. Our goal is to raise $3,000! I know we can do it!

Let’s show up for our community, make memories, and raise funds for something that truly matters. We hope to see you there — and maybe see Derek and Russ soaked more than once! 😉

June 6th (5PM-7PM) we will be having a Summer Kick Off Social, Island Themed!🏝️

Come down to the Athletic Club, have some food, drinks, listen to live music, and get to know your neighbors!

💦🛝 Water slide for the kiddos so have them dressed to get wet and don’t forget the towels!
