On a typical Saturday morning after breakfast and coffee, I unwillingly ventured out with my husband to an auction for farm equipment. Once we arrived at the auction, unknown to me, my husband’s interest quickly changed from the farm equipment to the land being auctioned. At the same time, I was looking around and becoming mesmerized by the natural beauty of this hidden Tennessee treasure. While t

he auctioneer was doing his chant, I slipped away to walk close to the creek to calm my anticipation of finding out who would be the highest bidder. Talking with another lady about the charm and peacefulness of this secluded acreage the chant came to a stop. Her comment to me was “looks like the tall guy with the glasses is the new owner.” Knowing that my husband doesn’t wear glasses I felt relieved with a bit of disappointment at the same time. Looking up toward the sale I noticed it was a tall guy, but with sunglasses. We love the idea of sharing this beautiful location and giving you the freedom to create and enjoy your own special day. 🌟 First things first:
This event is completely FREE to the public—no tickets and no admission fees required. We’ll also have plenty of parking, so bring the whole family… and the extended family too! We will be CASH or VENMO only for Santa pictures. Please plan accordingly!

🎅 Santa Photos:
All photos with Santa will be taken using your personal devices. Don’t worry—we’ll be right there to help snap the magic, and we’re happy to take a few for you so everyone can hop in with the kiddos!

📸 Santa Photo Options:
• $10 – One Pose
Perfect for families with one child or anyone planning a single setup. Feel free to take multiple shots to capture that perfect Christmas smile!
• $25 – Multiple Poses
Ideal for families with multiple children—or if you’d like to add Mom, Dad, and maybe even Grandma into the fun!

Our Story

Duck Pond Farm offers a beautiful serene and tranquil location for your wedding and reception! Conveniently located in Mt. Juliet, yet close to Nashville and surrounding areas. The natural surroundings of the farm provide the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding. After seeing our property, many people have remarked how it is “A small piece of heaven right here in Mt. Juliet!”

The farm consists of 150 acres offers multiple choices for ceremony sites. It’s your wedding; you select the site for your ceremony. Choose from one of the special areas that have been affectionately named “The Tree of Happiness”, “The Circle of Love”, “The Corner of Always and Forever” or choose and name your own special site.

We also offer a beautiful ornate gazebo nestled under tall cotton wood trees amongst the cattails next to the 2+ acre pond.
