We had a great day at The Big Beef Showdown
Competition at The Wilson County Tennessee State Fair.
We got a 2nd place call and a $250 check in the Bacon Category. We did a Bacon Wrapped Seared Scallop.
Our Burger entry earned us a Golden Ticket to the World Food Champonship in Indianapolis. We created a Mexican Street Corn Burger.
Thanks to all the competitiors and the Wilson County Fair - TN State Fair, World Food Championships.

We had a great weekend at the High on the Hog KCBS BBQ Competition in Wi******er TN., on Tim's Ford Lake. We took second in Creative Taco and 11th in pork. Thanks to all the judges, organizers, competitors, and the KCBS.
