A Heartfelt Thank You to Gatorland Orlando and FWC Trapper Matt!

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Gatorland and our incredible FWC trapper, Matt, for safely relocating our resident alligator to his new home. While it was difficult to make the call—this gator had been with us for quite some time—we had to prioritize safety.

For those who may not know, feeding wild alligators is extremely dangerous. When gators associate humans with food, they lose their natural fear, which puts both people and the animal at risk.

We’re relieved to see our gator—now known as Lil Yachty—getting the care he deserves, and we can’t wait to visit him at Gatorland!

Please, do not feed wild alligators. If you want to see these amazing creatures up close, visit Gatorland instead!
