Thank you to everyone that stopped by our food truck at Maxes Dog Races this Labor Day.
We got to see some old friends & met some new friends, & we added a new food item to our menu, it is called the Weber Special.
Can not wait to see everyone again next year, until then we hope each & everyone one of you have blessed year

The wait is over! Do you want to know WHO is making those delicious cuts of meat for our case & who is available here in Arlington to custom cut your livestock? World, meet our amazing team of butchers. 🥩To say we are lucky to have them is the understatement of 2022.

Guys, the Mountain Man HIMSELF: Terry Kimmel! Local craft butcher with over 27 years of meat cutting experience, Dave Shafer! Making the hour long drive to A-town to help & entertain us, Taylor Roth! Our hometown butcher babe: Jeri Bower! And last but not least, working in the meat industry since junior high: Brittany Reigle! We ❤️ them & they worked their TAILS off yesterday to open early.

We are not going to be able to set up at the Forest Tree Town Festival as scheduled, unfortunately the meat prices for our products is pretty high. We were only able to serve 3 sandwiches & we would have to drastically raise our prices.
We apologize for this & hope to see you all at the festival next year.
