But the real question is… do you?

This Friday is our LAST soft launch before Off Center officially becomes your new favorite place you probably shouldn’t tell everyone about.

🥃 Doors open at 5 PM
🎤 Elly Cooke Music starts at 6 PM

🔥 Cocktails. Bourbon. Fire pits. Good food. Better company.

We’re still warming up the new crew, working out the last little kinks and settling into this space we’ve waited way too long to share with you.

And we are equal parts exhausted, emotional, relieved and absolutely ELATED to finally say…

👏🏽 OFF CENTER IS OPENING 🍾

This Friday, August 28 at 5PM.

After all the waiting. All the hurdles. All the work. All the “are we there yet?” posts…
We. Are. There.

And we couldn’t imagine our first night back without Elly Cooke Music on the 🎤. We absolutely adore her, and we already know you will too. She is exactly the vibe we want filling this space on night one.

This Friday isn’t the big 💫 Grand Opening — that comes next weekend. Friday is our chance to open the gates, get our new staff warmed up, work through any last little kinks and finally welcome all of you back into this dream we have fought so damn hard for.

One little reminder as we welcome you back: Off Center is an ADULTS ONLY SPACE.

It’s intentional, it’s part of what makes the experience what it is, and we can’t wait for you to come settle in and enjoy it. 🥃

We cannot adequately explain how good it feels to type this.

Some of you have been part of this journey since Off Center was simply an idea. You believed in the space before there was much here to believe in.

Now, as we add one ☝🏽 of the final and most beautiful 😍 pieces before opening, we’d love to give a few of you the opportunity to become permanently rooted with us.

A limited 🤏🏽number of our new evergreens will be available to families, friends and local businesses—each with a small sign carrying words of your choosing.

We see your messages. We hear the questions. And we LOVE 🫶🏽how excited you are about this little space we’ve been building.

But… we’re not quite ready to open YET.
One more hoop to jump through 🎪 . A few final touches to finish. Then it’s time.

The next few weeks are about getting every last detail where we want it.
