Just when you’re on the verge of being be completely burnt out for the season and you know, maybe take a rest, all of your cool flowers come in for planting. So you buckle up, clear out loads and loads of dead plants and weeds, prep the beds, and get over 2000 plugs into the ground. And perfectly timed to get a really good soaking from mother nature. I’m tired, but future Kayla is already thanking me. The farming life is no joke!

✨Meet Emmah!!✨

I am so happy to FORMALLY introduce the newest member of the Yours, Florally team. Emmah found me at a vendor show, made a little bud base arrangement, and I thought to myself, “she has a good eye!” She started chatting and I gave her my card in case she was interested in possibly coming to help me with some events. I didn’t know if I’d hear from her, but I soon did. She was put on the schedule for the biggest and *most* treasured wedding of the year (my bro and sis-in-law’s) and she didn’t bat and eye. Emmah has jumped right in, learned so quickly, has the best go-get-em attitude, isn’t afraid to try new things and get messy. She doesn’t hesitate when I just say “go- I trust you!”, she gives her honest opinion on my designs, and is just a joy to be around.

I’m looking forward to many more weddings and events with Emmah by my side. We are able to tackle so much more together.

Truly, what an honor is was to stand with Kevin and Meghan on their wedding day, but to design their flowers was even more so. I had so much fun playing with Meg’s color palette and all the local flowers. It makes my heart so happy and full to do this job.
