Did you know that the streets in Maxwell Acres are state owned? If you ever have any issues or concerns about the roads, please call the local WVDOH in GlenDale and speak with them. Also, if you are parking on the roads, please be mindful of your neighbor’s driveway and make sure they are able to get out. In addition, please make sure if you pull into your driveway or yard, the back of your vehicle does not stick out on the road.

The next association meeting is December 3rd at 6:30 pm in the community building. If you have more questions or concerns, PLEASE come to these meetings. The last meeting we had 6 people show up. The meeting dates are always posted on This page and a sign is put up at the stop sign past the entrance of the acres.
Hope to see you Thursday Dec 3rd.

Call-out to Temple Services for their quick response to our plumbing issue at the building. They explained the cause, what they were doing, and what to be aware of concerning future issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Please do not take your lawn tractors to water filled potholes to clean them. This happened in another area last week. It makes a terrible mess. Thank you!
