I always forget to take pictures but thanks again to the Mott Wilbur Ellis for having us back to cater their growers meeting yesterday! That makes 3 years in a row! Returning customers are what keeps the fire burning! Hope everyone enjoyed it!! 🔥🔥🔥

Thank you to everyone that came out to the fairgrounds and bought food yesterday at the fall Fun event yesterday at the fairgrounds! (We also took 2nd from the judges at the chili cook off). Time to winterize the food truck for the winter (still available for catering if needed) and spend some much needed time with my family! We look forward to seeing everyone again next spring!

We will have the food truck set up at this event! At this time we are not sure if we will be inside of the building or outside but we will be there! Looking for something new for lunch?

Join us this Friday, August 22nd, as the 307 Pitfired-Q- food truck makes its debut at the 4 Corners Car Wash in Mott!

We’ll be serving up delicious, wood-fired BBQ from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (or until sold out).

This is our trial run, so we kindly ask for your patience as we work out the kinks. Come grab some mouthwatering BBQ and be among the first to give us a try!

Well, back a few months I had hinted about big things coming. Today that became a reality! If you've seen a school bus sitting in front of my house lately, it definitely isn't a bus anymore! Over the last few months we have been quietly working on converting a school bus into a food truck, and for it to be a totally self contained kitchen inspected by the health department. Well today we had our health inspection and to say it went well is an understatement! We are now available for catering (no more borrowing a commercial kitchen) and food truck services!!! With alot of work and a some start up funding from M.O.T.T (thank you!!). We are making huge strides and can't wait to see where this whole thing takes us!!!

Well i didn't get any pictures but last weekend we had the honor of catering a wedding for a family that has hired us 2 times before! Having returning customers is what keeps us going! Thanks again Joshua Beckman and Kodi Lynn Beckman ! Choosing 307 Pitfired-Q to do the food on your big deal means the world to us! Once again congratulations!!!
Ps. HUGE shoutout to my girlfriend and my parents for helping out, that one definitely got hectic at the end!
