We were honored to cater the Honor Flight Dinner at the Old Soldier’s Home Foundation in Gulfport as well as the Communication Workers of America Union Conference shrimp boil in Biloxi. Two events in one night! Challenging, but fun.

We fed the Biloxi Shuckers baseball team their pre-game meal today as well as their poat game meal last evening . This is 40 pounds of turkey meatballs with marinara, baked chicken, rice pilaf and pasta. These guys can eat!!! 💪🏼💪🏼. Next team up is the California Angels who we will be feeding multiple times a day for a solid week.
