Lilac season!! That blue vase was my grandmas and I love to use it for lilacs!
Hot tip for cutting:
Cut vertically up the stem or break the stem (works for any woody stem) to open the stem to drink water! Don’t hammer. And remove a number of leaves so the flower head gets the water!

Hello hello! Just popping in to let you know why things have been so quiet here! We’ve generally switched over to following our garden schedule as I’m working more for Mike’s brokerage !
But our seeds arrived and we’re excited for the spring! (These are for Valentines but not for sale! 😉.)

You can use a lot of dying items from your yard to create fall centerpieces. Incorporate a few flowers (or pieces of fruit for large pops of color) and voila!
