On this Earth Day, we wanted to take a moment to say how much we believe in--and support--sustainable practices. Since our industry is one of extreme excess and waste, we feel a great responsibility to help impact change and do our part to forge a greener future. We cared about the environment and sustainability long before it was the trendy thing to do. We have implemented myriad sustainable practices in our commissary and at our events. We have a robust composting program. And we work with organizations to redistribute surplus food to those in need (a win for the environment AND for our community members!). And we are proud to be one of only two caterers in the nation that are 4 Star Green Restaurant Certified.

And that’s a wrap on 2024. We did a lot of really cool things as a team this year but this event where nearly every single one of our employees contributed is definitely the one we think of most to sum up our year.
