Immediate opening for part-time help to perform duties such as housekeeping, janitorial, groundskeeping, banquets setup and teardown, custodian, and day-to-day building maintenance at a privately owned banquet and conference center in Morrisville (near RDU airport).

Must be legal to work with clean background.

Immediately needed part-time and on-call building maintenance repairs and upfit skilled labors, who can perform any of the following trades in commercial buildings:

1. Sheetrock and carpentry repairs and painting

2. Electrical repairs and adding new light fixtures and connections

3. Minor plumbing repairs in toilets and sinks

4. HVAC Maintenance Work

5. Flooring and tile experience to replace ceramic tiles and floor pan in a bathroom

6. Grounds keeping and Landscape maintenance and improvements

All work is located in Morrisville, North Carolina. You must be located within a 50-mile radius of RDU Airport. Candidate must have his own tools to perform all the work and a vehicle to report to work. Must be legal to work with a clean criminal background. Background checks will be done.
