Hey Centre County mamas. I am a mom to a soon to be 13 year- old girl, so I am bit out of the loop with the younger aged groups. But I wanted to ask the fellow moms in the area, are smash cake photos and 1st birthday parties a big thing for this area? Do you all prefer a big party or something small and intimate for your little one? Any feedback is appreciated.😊
