Randall Turner, 59, recently reported as missing in Grainger County, is wanted by the Hamblen County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

According to Grainger County officials, Turner was last seen on 2/27/26 in the Thorn Hill community.

If you have seen Turner or if you have information that could help locate him, please contact the Hamblen County Sheriff's Office at 423-586-3781 or the 911 non-emergency number at 423-585-2701.
