Who remembers when Molyvos opened in May of 1997? 🙋🏻‍♀️ The opening Executive Chef was Jim Botsacos. At the young age of 29 he helped Molyvos receive a 3 star review from Ruth Reichl of The NY Times. His influence on the NYC dining scene introduced so many New Yorkers to Greek cuisine. It was his culinary talent and love for Greek food that helped elevate the popularity of Greek food today. 🇬🇷
