Some businesses are about more than the service they provide, and Rocky Top Barbershop is one of them.

A huge thank you from all of us at Big Al's Barbecue to Paul. Every time I sit down in that barber chair, I know I'm going to leave with a great haircut, but I also know I'm leaving with something even more valuable.

Paul has become much more than a barber. He's a true friend. He's always willing to listen, let me vent when business gets stressful, bounce ideas back and forth, celebrate the wins, and help carry the weight during the tough days. That's hard to find.

The haircut is always top-notch, but it's the conversation, the friendship, and the genuine care that keep us coming back.

Thank you, Paul, for being the kind of person who invests in people, not just customers. We appreciate everything you do, and we're proud to call you our friend.

Today was a great day for the Big Al's Bent Creek BBQ & Catering crew!

A huge thank you to Moore Co in Morristown, Tennessee for trusting us with the opportunity to feed your team. We were given the challenge of serving 85 factory employees in less than 10 minutes so everyone could sit down and enjoy their lunch break.

We're proud to say we set up a full-service buffet with a full staff and served all 85 people in just 9 minutes! Everything went off without a hitch, the food stayed hot, and the line moved exactly the way we planned.

Moments like this remind us why preparation, teamwork, and experience matter. We couldn't have done it without our incredible staff, who worked together flawlessly to make sure every plate was served quickly and every guest was taken care of.

To the entire team at Moore Co—thank you for your hospitality and for putting your trust in Big Al's Barbecue. We truly appreciate the opportunity and look forward to serving you again in the future!

Want to say a big thank you for everybody that came out tonight to the shrimp boil.. We sold out of the first 50 plates in 19 minutes.. We always bring a little extra..So we cooked another 35

And we ended up selling those completely out in the next 30 minutes..

I want to give a big thank you to David Northern and his band for coming out to play tonight.

And as always a huge thank you to my staff is without them we would not be able to make this happen they are the heart and soul this operation and they do a fantastic job.
