Getting ready for a great season! Catch us at Thousand lakes and many others this summer!

Food truck season is here! We kick off THIS weekend at our Springfest 2025 celebration and continue every Friday and Saturday. There is a little bit of everything this month - Mexican, Pinoy, BBQ, Burgers, Soup, Sandwiches and Breakfast!

We’re proud that we’ve kept our prices down, despite an almost 15% increase in food costs. We did some adjusting to our prices and catering packages.

Unbelievable that were already starting to think about spring, but here we are! I have been so blessed that my health has continued to improve, and we are starting to look at our spring schedule!

Moving into 2025, we will only be accepting events scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (with limited exceptions). Please send us an email at [email protected] to inquire about your event. Schedule is filling fast!

School may be back in session but we still have an awesome list of food trucks for the month. This month we welcome a NEW food truck! Thehangryhut makes their first visit to Thousand Lakes on Saturday, 9/14.

And of course, September wraps up with Oktoberfest at Thousand Lakes Brewing, our biggest party of the year! We will have multiple food vendors both days, along with games, craft vendors and other entertainment.

Like our food but you’re too lazy to find us when we’re open? We’re now offering our signature rubs. We have our uniquely named “cow rub” and “pig rub” available for sale, $10 each. These rubs are crafted by ingredients that I personally select and blend by hand (well, with a spoon… cuz gross). No preservatives, no chemicals, just simple ingredients for delicious meat! Available at the Morris Farmers Market Thursdays 3pm-6pm.
