Do you love good food? Do you love making good food? Are you none of those but you're dependable and need a job? Well, Blowin' Smoke is hiring for the 2026 season! We are a fun crew with flexible scheduling and competitive pay (plus your can eat brisket on the clock sometimes). We are currently looking for the following part time employees:

Line Cook
BBQ Cook
Cleaning Crew

We’ll trim, season and spend 14 hours smoking the brisket, carve it and deliver it hot and ready to your job site and you can tell all your co-workers it was you. (Your secret is safe with us 🤫)

Come celebrate Minnesota Beer Day with us this Saturday, November 1st! The MN brewers guild came up with a fancy glass to help celebrate the craft brewing industry in MN and you can get one to take home.

We are open at the Stevens County fair and will be serving our signature smoked mac and brisket all weekend! We’re also super excited about purchasing our new and improved (and much larger) smoker!!! Hopefully we won’t even run out of mac this year!!
