What’s Next for Urban Canopy?
We’re officially in the final steps of moving Urban Canopy Tent Company and Guinn Contractors out of our commercial space in Morrilton as we work to cut expenses and navigate this season of life and growth.
This transition has us taking a step back and being intentional about what we keep and what we let go of. Our plan is to divide everything into what we can use in our new home and during our build—those items will be stored on our land along with our camping gear, family gathering tables/chairs, and things that will continue to serve our family long-term.
As you recall we previously cut all wedding inventory and held onto the party inventory hoping to secure the right entrepreneur, however with our limited time to dedicate and the economy we have decided a new path.
The reality is—we know we won’t ever fully receive the value of everything we’ve accumulated, so we’re choosing to be smart, simplify, and focus on what truly fits this next chapter.
That means… we will soon be liquidating a large portion of our inventory.
This includes:
* Party & event inventory (arches, vases, rugs, décor)
* Glamping tents & setups (including clear bubble tents)
* White wedding-style tents
* Outdoor lighting
* Indoor teepee party setups (great bulk opportunity!)
* Patio furniture
* Office furniture
* Food truck + prep tables & commercial kitchen items
* Solid wood marquee letters (alphabet, numbers, and more — not the cheap ones 😉)
To give you an idea of scale—we have over $50,000 in rugs alone just in party inventory.
We are also selling:
* Nissan 350Z (under 85k miles, needs new top) $8k
* Joe’s Grasshopper trike $10k
* Food truck & additional equipment $25k
We haven’t fully committed to the exact liquidation method yet, but priority will absolutely be given to anyone interested in purchasing in bulk/lots to help us reduce time, energy, and expense during this transition.
If you—or someone you know—has been waiting for this moment or might be interested, now is the time to reach out. We’re finally here.
We’re grateful for the support, memories, and business that got us to this point—and we’re excited for what’s ahead. 🤍
