Meet the Twiggies 🌸

One of our favorite parts of this shoot was giving each girl the chance to choose a color palette that felt most like her. From there, we created bouquets inspired by those colors, textures, and little details that make each personality unique.

Soft blues, cheerful yellows, romantic pinks, fresh greens, and classic whites — every arrangement reflects a different member of our team and the creativity she brings to Thistle & Twig 🌿💛🦋🤍🌸

Current floral obsession: campanula 💗

Honestly, the only thing missing through the screen is the incredible fragrance from these blooms — because the combination of garden roses and peonies is truly unforgettable 💗

Every year I’m reminded just how lucky I am to be surrounded by the dreamiest team of Twiggies 🌸✨ Truly, these girls are the magic behind T+T and the reason everything blooms the way it does. If you’ve ever stepped into the shop, ordered flowers, or experienced one of our weddings, you know it takes a whole lot of creativity, heart, hustle, and flower power to pull it all off 💐

A HUGE shoutout to our honorary Twiggy, McKenna, for always capturing my crew in the absolute best light. She’s been by my side the longest, and I honestly can’t imagine this journey without her. I’m endlessly grateful for everything she’s meant to me and T+T over the years 🤍

And the biggest nod to our incredible Anastasiia, who brought the vision for this shoot to life so beautifully. Having another creative beside me who so naturally understands both T+T and me is such a gift, and I’m beyond thankful for her talent and heart ✨

There’s something so exciting about watching floristry evolve.

What we love most is that flowers are no longer expected to look just one way. Modern floristry gives space for movement, texture, unexpected color palettes, sculptural shapes, and designs that feel more like art pieces than traditional arrangements.

That’s what keeps us inspired.
There’s always something new to explore, reinterpret, and create.

Floristry isn’t just about making something pretty anymore. It’s about emotion, creativity, individuality, and pushing design forward while still letting flowers feel natural and alive.
