Hassle back Loaded baked potato bite with Chipotle Cream

Salad:
Chopped cajun salad, blackened salmon with romaine lettuce, roasted corn salsa, avocado, and creamy cajun ranch dressing

Entrée:
Serf and Turf (grill shrimp and steak medallions) service with stuff cheese tortellini and in a creamy pesto sauce with grilled asparagus

Dessert:

Double Chocolate brownie cheesecake
