📚💗 55 BOOKS.

Yep. FIFTY-FIVE. 🥹

One of the things we added to Dolly Day was a simple idea:

Spend $25 or more → you pick a brand-new children’s book → we donate it locally.

And you guys absolutely ran with it.

55 brand-new children’s books will be donated to local kids. 📚💗

That’s 55 stories.
55 little adventures.
55 chances for a child to open a book and get lost somewhere wonderful.

And every single one was chosen by someone who walked through our doors.

This is exactly why we love being part of this community.

Thank you for helping us turn a day about flowers, fun, and Dolly into something that will keep giving long after Dolly Day is over. 🤠🌸📚

55 books. Because a little good can grow into something pretty darn big. 💗

📚💗 ONE MORE THING WE ADDED TO DOLLY DAY…

Because if we’re going to celebrate Dolly, we might as well spread a little extra good.

Spend $25 or more today and YOU get to pick a brand-new children’s book from our basket. 📚

Then WE’LL DONATE IT LOCALLY to a library or school. 💗

You pick the story.
We’ll give it away.
A local kid gets a little more magic. 🥹📚

Come shop Dolly Day until 5 PM and help us fill this basket! 🤠💗

You’ve trusted us with so many of life’s biggest moments. Today, we’re sharing one of ours. 🤍

For the past 2½ years, you’ve gotten little glimpses of the family behind Moose Lake Florists, but we’ve never really stopped to introduce ourselves.

So, hi. 👋🏼 We’re the family behind the flowers. 🌿

And our family is growing again. 🥹

Baby Novy #3 is coming March 2027!

Nora & Ivy are already so excited to become big sisters, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them step into this new role. They already love kissing my belly, saying hi to the baby, and talking about their new little sibling. 🤍

Owning this little shop has always been about so much more than flowers. It’s about people, family, community, and being there for one another through all of life’s seasons. We’ve been so lucky to be trusted with your celebrations, your milestones, your new beginnings, and your goodbyes—and we’re grateful you’ve allowed our family to be part of so many of them.

Thank you for cheering us on, supporting our family, and continuing to support this little shop we love so much. We can’t wait to bring another little Novy into the world and watch our family—and this next chapter—grow. 🤍

Some opportunities are more than just a class—they’re dreams realized. 🌿

This week, our lead designer, Gretchen, had the incredible opportunity to learn from internationally acclaimed floral artist and botanical designer Francoise Weeks

For years, Françoise’s work has been a source of inspiration for Gretchen. Her innovative approach to botanical design, her use of natural materials, and the way she transforms flowers into works of art have influenced designers around the world.

To see Gretchen experience this in person—to walk through Françoise’s garden, spend time in her studio, and learn directly from someone she has long admired—was incredibly meaningful.

At Moose Lake Florists, we believe that the best way to serve our community is to never stop learning. Investing in education, creativity, and our team means bringing fresh ideas, new techniques, and inspired artistry back home to every arrangement we create.

We’re so proud of Gretchen for embracing this opportunity, and we can’t wait to see how this experience inspires future designs in our shop.

A heartfelt thank you to Francoise Weeks for so generously sharing your knowledge, creativity, and passion. It was an unforgettable experience.

Here’s to honoring our roots, investing in our people, and always continuing to grow. 🌿

Gretchen, thank you for always pushing yourself creatively and for bringing that inspiration back to our team and our community. We are so lucky to have you. 🤍

💐 OUR BIGGEST WEDDING YET 💐

This weekend, our team will be creating, delivering, installing, and celebrating one of the largest weddings we have ever designed.

To make it all happen, we will be closing at 12 PM on Friday and will be closed all day Saturday as we bring this incredible floral vision to life.

✨ Follow along for a behind-the-scenes look at the flower processing, design work, installations, and all the details that go into creating wedding day magic.

For those with orders already scheduled, rest assured that all deliveries and events will be taken care of as planned.

Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business. We can’t wait to share this special wedding weekend with you!

💕 Regular business hours will resume on Monday.
