Award Winning, BBQ Catering, Serving Southern California- Hi, I’m Steve Bayles and I started Smokin Steve’s Catering because barbecue should not be good, it needs to be GREAT! Barbecue to me is a celebration of the marriage of meat & smoke. It’s the oldest and most primitive way to cook, and yet continues to be the most flavorful. My dry rubs, the meats we select, the hard woods & charcoal, and barbecue sauce become layers of flavor we add to the meat in stages. It’s what makes Smokin Steve’s better. Combined with our World Class Service and Our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can’t go wrong choosing me and my staff to cater your next event. Great food makes for a great event each and every time!
Breakfast Catering starts at $8 per person for Wraps or our Bull Dog Breakfast (Brisket Hash & Eggs + Biscuits & Gravy); the buffet starts at $10 with Home Fried Potatoes, Fresh diced fruit, Choice of 2 breads, Fresh Salsa, Frittata Mexicana or Frittata Tejas, just to name a few. Rise & Shine bev. station includes coffee, hot tea, juice. Breakfast min. order is 75 ppl.
Entertaining for a Company Mixer, Cocktail party or Open House? Our Small Bites catering menu is perfect if you like to serve food people will eat, and enjoy! Starting at $8 per person for 3-4 items. Ala carte meals start at $7 per person. Catering staff extra.
Employee Appreciation Meals start at $9.95 per person for our King BBQ Sandwich Buffet with choice of protein and includes paper goods, serving utensils and 2 side dishes for all your guests! A great alternative to catering the “In & Out truck” for sure. We have a 10 person minimum order, although most of LA requires at $400 order to qualify for delivery. Free pick-up at our facility in Moorpark (located 1200ft from freeway off ramp). Ask about our “Live BBQ Experience” only found at Smokin Steve’s Catering!
