ITS HOT!!! And so are Smokey Woods BBQ pellets. My favorite way to smoke chicken and a family favorite. Love the color and the flavor was lights out.

Dinner at Pigtamer’s tonight!!! Used the wonderful vortex from Owens BBQ tonight, this thing is fricking amazing! Korean style short ribs with “wokked” broccoli , garlic, mushrooms , and onions served with rice and sweet potato . Owens BBQ made this delicious meal possible and if you want to level up your dinners at home, check out thier website. You will not be disappointed ! From sauces ,seasonings, sausage and jerky supplies…. Marty and Tanya have everything you need to succeed at being the king of the block with great meals like this!-
