Happy Easter! Its Been awhile since we posted, but pacing myself in 2026 but we are so back!

(Gaffney, SC) - Won the Chef Competition against 6 other NC & SC Production Catering Firms. Monday to Friday Only Five Weeks, 9,000+ Meals! A different, new Chef Inspired Menu each day of 25 days of Filming featuring culinary creations from the South, around the US and the World!

Untitled Action Film (Knuckle) by Bonfire Legend (associated with for Ben Shapiro's production company - The Daily Wire). The film is described as a modern-day action movie in the style of Die Hard or Red Dawn staring Jonathan Majors with prior roles in Creed III (2023), Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023), TV Roles - Loki (2021–2023)
Successful Movie Production Catering ended April 3, 2026 and could not Post any pictures but we did a photo at 4 am in downtown Gaffney, SC.

And during the Film Catering, did 3 successful full service Weekend Weddings from 100 to 175 Guests, 14 Wedding Tastings, Opening our new Lake Front Wedding Tasting location.

And if that is not enough, we have been selected as the Exclusive Full Service Hospitality Firm for a New Lake Front, Boutique, Wedding & Event Venue across from Eddies at the Lake, Exit 33, Mooresville. We will be handling everything in the All Inclusive Wedding & Event Venue from Bookings, Catering, Bar Services, Rentals, Venue & Event Coordination, Day Of Wedding Coordination, Creating Corporate & Special Events. It just Opened as a Outdoor, Tented Lake Front Venue with a 700 SF Dreadworthy Bridal Suite. Book Today!
Phase Two will not interfere with the current venue and is under interior modifications for the next six weeks and adding 50 guest indoor venue, 40'x120' Artificial Turf Landing with a build in Patio Tent to quickly add a covered Tent Roof, a 20'x30' Observation deck leading to the building, 20 ft wide interior Bay Windows with seating, privacy landscape wall and so much more and will be Lake Normans premiere Boutique Wedding & Event Venue.

We had a Wonderful Valentine’s Day SERVING 220 Guests at a Wedding in Cornelius last night. It was so much pressure to make sure our Catered Food was spot on as if they were being served at a high end steak house for Valentine's Day, as well as the most important day for the Bride & Groom. We made sure everyone was served within 35 minutes and then there was cutting 4 different Specialty Cakes!
It was a complete Success with Rave Reviews by the Bride, Groom, both sets of Parents, couples we catered to there wedding in the past and pretty much everyone else!

Thank you to around 110 couples for trusting us.

Chef Alexander is back on track and thank you to the West Coast Sponsor who requested our Catering for a local TV commercial 2 weeks ago. Did over 520 meals in 3 1/2 days for the Sponsors TV commercial shoot for or at locations including for 23XI Racing, Hendricks, NASCAR Technical Institute, Toyota Gazoo Racing and more.
It was a total success with all the locations and the Director said it was the "Best Catering He has had!!
