Virtual school day- This ‘teacher’ needed a time out and went to the kitchen where I knew my students wouldn’t follow. (They love to taste test, but never want to chop veggies) Here’s Thai noodles with a creamy ginger peanut sauce whipped up in the food processor. Tossed with julienned cabbage, carrots, scallions, peppers and cilantro. Topped with a sprinkle of chopped cashews
